2025 Adrenaline Platinum Cup Win

The West Coast Starz Gold 2028 squad for another win at the 2025 Adrenaline Platinum Cup, taking home the championship. The event brought together elite teams from across the nation—but it was Starz Gold who rose to the occasion, finishing an undefeated run in dominant fashion.

Setting the Tone Early

From the opening whistle, Starz Gold came out with purpose. Known for their aggressive defense, disciplined transition game, and unselfish ball movement on offense, the team immediately put opponents on their heels.

Secured by a solid close defense, they consistently shut down top attack units and forced turnovers that led to fast-break opportunities. Meanwhile, the offense clicked at every level, with midfielders and attackmen finding the back of the net off of crisp passing and high-IQ plays.

The Playoff Push

The level of competition only ramped up in the playoff rounds, but so did Starz Gold’s intensity. In the quarterfinals and semifinals, the team faced two well-coached teams known for their physicality and offensive firepower. Starz Gold responded with grit, poise, and a relentless defensive mindset—turning in their best team efforts of the tournament when it mattered most.

Midfielders helped control possession off faceoffs, allowing the team to dictate tempo. The defensive unit was lights out—communicating, sliding, and clearing with precision. The offense capitalized on every opportunity with smart shot selection and timely feeds.

Championship Game: Leaving No Doubt

The Platinum Cup championship game delivered a high-energy, fast-paced matchup between two nationally ranked teams. From the outset, Starz Gold played with focus and determination.

Key ground ball wins and clears sparked transition plays, and the defense, anchored by physical poles and athletic LSMs, frustrated opposing shooters all game long. Every player on the field contributed—whether making the key assist, fighting for a ground ball, or locking down their matchup.

In the closing minutes, Starz Gold maintained a composed possession game, drawing out the clock and forcing the opposition to press. When the final horn sounded, the scoreboard told the story: West Coast Starz Gold—2025 Adrenaline Platinum Cup 2028 Bracket Champions.

Brotherhood and Gratitude

Beyond the wins, this weekend was a testament to the brotherhood built within the West Coast Starz Gold program. The chemistry on and off the field was evident, and every player—from starters to the last man off the bench—bought into the team-first mentality.

Big thanks go out to the coaches, parents, and supporters who made this championship run possible. The countless hours of training, travel, and preparation paid off in the best way possible.
